About the Artist

Ann
Lohmann
has painted portraits for
many satisfied clients for 30
years. She has studied under Dmitri Vail and Margaret Carter Baumgaertner,
prominent portrait artists, and has won several first place ribbons in
juried shows. She is currently teaching ongoing classes and workshops in
portraiture.
Her purpose and passion is to elicit, each time a
painting is viewed, the feelings of love and admiration
that inspired
the client to commission the portrait; thus infusing those warm, positive
feelings and influences into
the home or business where the portrait hangs |
